SEMPOL AYAM (Chicken Skewers Sausage)

Ingredients
- 500 gram minced chicken
- 250 gram tapioca flour
- 4 thinly spring onion (I use parsley)
- 2 eggs
- 1 large carrot, grated
- Ground Spices :
- 3 shallots
- 5 of garlic
- 3 tablespoon fried shallots (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- For the Skin :
- 2-3 Eggs finely beatten
- Bread crumb/ panko crumb enough to diping
Cooking Instructions

Blend the chicken and mix all the ingredients.
Add the ground spices. Mix well until it can be formed.
Shape and paste on a skewer, then formed and head until perfectly sticky. -

Boil the water and then boil the chicken sausage for about 15 minutes or until it is cooked through. Then chill.

Dip the chicken sausage into the beaten egg, then cover with bread crumb/ panko flour. Store in the refrigerator before frying.
Fry with hot oil over medium heat until brownish and cooked.
Serve with chilli sauce or other sauce according to taste.
